At Juliet Pencils, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely. Juliet Pencils is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued via cash.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Items marked as final sale
Used or damaged items not caused by transit
